DrCFO Chart of Accounts Audit

How it works: Upload a client's chart of accounts (CSV or Excel). The tool compares it against the DrCFO standard and suggests what to add, rename, merge, reclassify, or remove. Only Account Name is required — account numbers are optional. Files without numbers run in Name-Only Mode and receive suggested account numbers.

QBO Import Notes:
The QBO format includes Account Name, Account Type, and Detail Type columns required for QuickBooks Online import. After importing, manually add account numbers under each account. Optional accounts can be omitted as needed.
